Master
For Master students, we offer the lecture and tutorial “Incentives in Organisations“ in the winter semesters and in the summer semesters the lecture and tutorial “Human resource management and industrial relations“. Both offers are in English.
Especially for students who are interested in writing an empirical Master thesis, we offer a seminar "Empirische Personalforschung mit STATA". You can write your Master thesis with us in each semester and we also offer a Master seminar with varying topics in each semester.
It is our aim that the students understand the most important theories in human resource management and organisation and apply them in the professional activity. You are able to use econometric tools to understand and discuss the most important empirical insights from scientific papers.
