Labor and Organisational Economics

Research

In our research, we investigate how economic incentives, psychological motives, and cognitive constraints shape decision-making at the individual, organizational, and market levels. Using a range of data and empirical methods—including laboratory experiments, randomized controlled trials, surveys, and administrative records—we aim to enhance the understanding and design of organizations, markets, and public policy.
