Course description:
In the Master's program, we offer specialized lectures that build on advanced knowledge. "Market Research" deepens the methods of market research in order to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and market structures.

- Introduction to marketing research
- Data collection methods
- Designing the data collection instrument
- Data collection process and coding
- Data analysis and interpretation
