Research group
In addition to the Chair of Business Administration and Marketing, Prof. Dr. Jana-Kristin Prigge also heads the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce research group. The research group examines central issues of digital marketing and sales with a focus on search engine marketing (SEO / SEA), social media marketing, e-commerce strategies for conversion optimization and multi-channel management.
We also pay particular attention to the user and customer experience (UX / CX) along the customer journey.
