SAP ERP Human Capital Management
The aim of the course is to provide an introduction to HR processes with SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Human Capital Management (HCM). In addition to the basics, insights into the processes and functionalities are given. First of all, the required knowledge is imparted in the theoretical part, which provides the basis for the practical part. Here, students are given the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge in practice by means of case studies of the model company LIVE AG on an ERP system.
