The teaching of the Chair of Human Resource Management and Organisation focuses on personnel and organisational economics. On these pages you can find out about our courses.
Bachelor
For Bachelor students, we offer the lecture and small-group tutorials "Organisation" in each winter semester. In the summer semesters, we offer the lecture and tutorials “Human Resource Management“. Both offers are in German language.
In addition, we offer in each semester a seminar "Wissenschaftliches Arbeiten" and a Bachelor seminar. These offers are especially aimed for students who want to write a Bachelor´s thesis with us. Finally, we offer the seminar "Einführung in SAP ERP Human Capital Management".
It is our aim that our students acquire basic theoretical and empirical knowledge in the field of organisation and human resource management and that they are able to apply this knowledge in their professional activity.
Master
For Master students, we offer the lecture and tutorial “Incentives in Organisations“ in the winter semesters and in the summer semesters the lecture and tutorial “Human resource management and industrial relations“. Both offers are in English.
Especially for students who are interested in writing an empirical Master thesis, we offer a seminar "Empirische Personalforschung mit STATA". You can write your Master thesis with us in each semester and we also offer a Master seminar with varying topics in each semester.
